Returns & Exchanges

At Minimalist, we stand behind the efficacy of our clean beauty formulas and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges if you are not completely satisfied. To maintain our high safety standards, returned items must be in their original packaging and contain at least 50% of the original product.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your inbox; simply print it and securely pack your items in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for updates on your return's journey back to our lab.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
